Depending on how You access and use the Platform, We may collect precise (GPS-based) or approximate location data from Your device:

• Customers: We use Your location to identify nearby service partners, provide accurate service addresses, and let You track the real-time status and location of an ongoing pet walking or grooming service booked through the Platform.
• Service Partners (independent professionals, including dog walkers, groomers, vets, and trainers, who offer services to customers through the Platform): We collect precise location data, including in the background while an assigned service is active, in order to (i) share Your live location with the customer during that service, (ii) calculate the route and distance travelled, (iii) verify that the service was performed at the scheduled location, and (iv) assign You nearby service requests. Background location is collected only while You have an active, ongoing service assignment and is not collected at any other time. We may also collect motion and step-count data using Your device's body sensors/activity-recognition sensors during an active walk to log distance and activity for the service record.

Location and related sensor data is used to provide, verify, and improve the Services, is shared between the relevant customer and service partner for an active booking, and is stored on Our servers for service verification, safety, support, and record-keeping purposes for as long as Your account remains active or as required by applicable law. You may disable location or sensor permissions at any time through Your device settings; doing so may prevent You from booking, accepting, or completing Services that require location access.

The Company may disclose Your information including Personal Information in the following circumstances:

• If required to do so by law and if such action is necessary to comply with legal obligations;
• To protect and defend the rights or property of the Company and other users;
• To protect the personal safety of the Company, users, or any person in an emergency;
